"Decent site, but not the easiest to use"
The website works for the most part, but it felt a little clunky to me. I had to trust my instinct a bit when clicking around because some items weren’t as easy to find as I expected. The search and menus could definitely be clearer. Checkout went fine and I didn’t run into any major problems, but overall it just wasn’t the smoothest shopping experience

My order from seeqsupply.com arrived looking beat up. The box felt flimsy, wasn’t taped very well, and there was barely any padding around the items inside. Nothing really seemed protected, so opening it was more frustrating than anything. I understand shipping can be rough sometimes, but the packaging should’ve been better. What made it more annoying is that it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue afterward.

I ordered from seeqsupply.com thinking everything would show up just like I picked it, but when the package arrived, a couple of the items weren’t right. I remember opening it and immediately feeling like no one had really checked the order before sending it out.
Then I had to spend extra time figuring out what was wrong and trying to sort it out, which was frustrating. I don’t mind small mistakes now and then, but when it comes to order accuracy, this was a disappointing experience for me.

"The support just wasn’t there when I..."
The support just wasn’t there when I needed it. I’d ask something, wait a long time for a reply, then basically have to explain the same issue all over again to someone else. It felt like nobody really picked it up properly, just kind of shuffled me around without fixing much. Annoying experience overall

"Just felt way too expensive"
I don’t know, it just felt like the prices were really high for what it was. I left feeling like it should’ve been a lot better for the money, and it kind of bothered me honestly

"Refund situation just felt off"
I tried to return my order the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be. My gut feeling early on was that this wasn’t going to go smoothly, and unfortunately I was right. They took forever to reply, and even after weeks, the refund still hasn’t shown up. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Selection needs work"
I went on seeqsupply.com hoping to browse a decent range of options, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. A few categories felt empty, so I couldn’t really compare products or feel confident about buying anything. The site itself works fine, but if they want customers to rely on it, they need to take responsibility for keeping the inventory and categories better stocked...

"Shipping is painfully slow"
I’m sure the product is probably fine, or at least I hope so, but the shipping has been way too slow. It feels like it’s been forever and I still haven’t gotten any real update on where my order is...
